RETURN AND REFUND POLICY

1.0       We will only allow refund/exchange if the Product Purchased is defective.

2.0       In the event you are not satisfied with the Product purchased, you must return the Product to us within 30 days of the Purchase.

3.0       The Product purchased shall be returned to us via courier to the following address :-

4.0    You are also required to notify us via email on the returned product. Customer satisfaction is our ultimate priority. Explanation on why the product is being returned is encouraged to be given along with the courier slip for continuous improvement.

5.0       Returns will be processed within 7 days after drop off. 

6.0     We shall conduct further investigations on the returned product if it deemed to be suspicious and we reserve the right to institute legal action in the event our Return and Refund Policy is misused.
